Store Policies

Warranty:

- All NEW parts and equipment as well as complete assemblies ie. Computers, Servers, Monitors, Laptops etc. are covered by a free Silicon Xchange 30day DOA warranty. This is offered in parallel with any existing manufacturer warranties that might apply.
- All USED/REFURB parts and equipment as well as incomplete assemblies ie. Barebones, Subassemblies, Parts etc. are covered by free a 15day DOA warranty. This is offered in parallel with any existing manufacturer warranties that might apply.
- All AS-IS equipment or parts are sold for scrap, repairs, or parts only and do not cover any warranty.
* All and Any Silicon Xchange DOA warranty covers hardware only and starts from the day you have received your product.

Returns Policy:

- All sold items are returnable (no questions asked) within their Siliconxchange DOA warranty.
- No returns are accepted for any reason outside the DOA warranty time frame.
- All returnes must be accompanied by a Silicon Xchange RMA authorization number.
- All returns shipping costs are the Buyer's responsability.
- All shipping costs for repairs, exchanges, and RMA's that are to be returned to the buyer will be covered by Silicon Xchange.
